Explanation
Have got and has got mean 'to have' or 'to possess'. Use have got with I, you, we, they and has got with he, she, it. For negatives, add **not **: haven't got / hasn't got. For questions, put have/has before the subject: Have you got a pen? Short forms: I've got, she's got. Use it for possessions (I've got a bike), family (She's got two sisters) and features (He's got blue eyes). It is only used in the present tense.
